The prices shown below are per week (based on six people) and include electricity and heating/air-conditioning. You should bring your own towels for use on the beach.

Bookings usually commence on a Saturday and are available for any period (minimum price of one week) subject to availability. Additional nights are priced on a pro-rata basis. Should there be a in-fill period between bookings of 4-6 nights, we will facilitate the booking, please email an enquiry.

The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 people only. You will then be re-directed to our booking engine website powered by RentalSystems.com.

A quotation will be provided and then further down the screen you "click here to continue" and put in your email address and a password, and then your contact details etc. It sounds complicated, but it will only take a few minutes and you will receive instant confirmation of your booking.An optional extra of a change of bed linen can be selected at extra cost.

25% of the rental will be due now and the balance 60 days before occupation of the apartment. However, if you plan to book the apartment in four weeks time, then the full rental will be due now.

There is an apartment security deposit of €800, which will be taken as an authorisation on your credit card when the balance of the rental is paid, should there be any major damage (I am sure there will not be any), this will be released seven days following the rental. This is a security deposit against major damage to articles in the apartment or the apartment itself or if the apartment is left in a dirty condition, which necessitates a major clean. We do not call on the deposit for broken items of crockery, cutlery or utensils in the apartment. We as owners, try to ensure that there are more than adequate supplies of these items for six people and regularly visit the apartment for maintenance and purchasing of utensils.

In additional to the rental fee for the apartment, there is a ground handling charge of €200, payable in cash to our representative on arrival at the apartment. This local handling charge is for checking in and out of the apartment and for provision of bed linen and towels, excluding end-of-stay cleaning. You are expected to maintain the apartment during your stay, for which there is a cleaning kit provided.
